Good Bye to Soldatna

We decided to pull out of Soldotna today to head down to Seward so we ran a few errands this morning while Tom was working then Jonathan and I went over to the Visitor Center and checked things out over there.

We pulled out of the campground around 4:30. It started raining a little bit around Moose Pass so we didn't stop at the salmon spawning spot Mike and Mary told us about but we'll have to make a trip up this week sometime or stop on the way out.

We pulled into the first campground along the bay and unhooked. Mary called back once they got back from their cruise so we all ended up getting together tonight at their place for dinner which was wonderful. She made spaghetti and salad. One of our favorites! We had another nice visit with them. One more before they head out for Anchorage tomorrow.

We'll move our RV down to the front row and have a nice view of the bay and cruise ships coming in and out of the harbor.
