We caught I-40 into Albuquerque, NM. This road is terribly rough but has so much truck traffic. We stayed at Route 66 RV Resort. This is a new RV Park about 14 miles west of Albuquerque and is part of the Laguna Indian Casino. Although set in the New Mexico desert, this compares to Seven Feathers RV Resort in Canyonville. The spaces are huge, nicely landscaped and all paved interior roads and sites. So many amenities and a great staff. We got a Snowbird special rate for two nights. Wonderful park that we will definitely be back to. Cold at night here, but beautiful sunrises, sunsets and days of sunshine. Great stay!
