Tucumcari sunset

Our site at Empty Saddle RV park

Headed out after breakfast this morning and another beautiful day of travel. Such a beautiful country we live in, it just amazes us every day, all so different and all so beautiful. Lots of open spaces today. Saw antelope playing in the fields and even eating with cows in the pasture, a coyote was hunting along the road and we almost got a hawk , luckily he winged it high and missed the truck, deer running across the meadows and not so wild, the kitty who spent most of her 9 lives getting accross the road, I don't know how But she made it. Checked the Escapee book and found a really great little park in Tucumcari- The Empty Saddle RV park on Rte 66. Really friendly people and only $12.75 total for a pull thru site with full hookups and FREE wifi internet- I even figured out how to get this far, still can't get my e-mail, but I got Dave's so I guess I will figure it out. Dave gotsome really nice sunset pictures and I think we saw the space station. I will go check out the NASA site when I finish here.
