Pio Pico Thousand Trails

Our Hummingbird Visitors

We hung the hummingbird feeder, that we bought in the Santa Fe area, out on the arm of the awning yesterday. Tom had seen a few of them flying around so we thought we would see if we could draw some of them over our way. It worked! We had as many as six of them buzzing around at one point. It's been a lot of fun watching them and listening to their wings buzzing as they fly by the screen window.

The temperatures have been in the upper 60's to low 70's during the day and got down into the 30's last night which is low for this area from what we understand.

The campground is very nice. It's nestled down in the mountains in this area but the campsites and roads are pretty level so it's been a great place for Jonathan to ride his bike. The view is beautiful!
