Christmas lights in park

a Minnesota site lit up

Wow, time sure flies, I thought when I first started this that I wouldn't know what to write every day because not that much would happen. Well, I seem to not be able to find time to write every week even. But I will try to keep you up to date. We left Deming,NM on the 15th. and came over to Rancho Sonora RV park 5 miles south of Florence,Az. We found this wonderful park when looking for a place close enough to Hope(daughter) and her family but far enough to not be in the big city of Phoenix. Well they moved to Florida this year but here we are for a couple months in the warm (high 70's) desert. Now that we have the big rig it limits our spaces here but Diane thought she found one for us behind the pool area, Opps we are too long to make the turn, lucky for us, someone had to leave a spot up front along the road and so here we are. Have a beautiful view out our dining room windows of the desert and a huge Saguaro catcus. So nice to watch the birds at sunrise while having coffee. Lots of wrens and sparrows and even a pair of cardinals feeding out here. Hung out the hummingbird feeder and they are in and feeding. Dave went out with some neighbors on the 4 wheeler the other day and had a good time, he even got the gps to plot the track so we can go back to the same places. Went for a walk with Joyce & Virge and looked at all the Christmas lights here in the park - some are getting really fancy and so pretty to look at .
