Spagetti picnic in the foothills

Dave's brother, Ray lives here in Yuma and his Sister, Joyce left Florence just ahead of us and now has spot here in Yuma, and his other brother Vern and his wife flew in from Dallas, Tx so I guess you could say we are having a family reunion of sorts. We have been in to Yuma, which is about 17 miles from our camp, to visit, had a day at the Yuma flea market, and today went to Mexico for shopping and fun. We could probably stay closer in town but with such a great site and Free, we can drive to town quite a bit, besides we want to check out the solar and battery set up to see just how much we have and do we need to add more of anything. Not panels thats for sure as the batterys are fully charged by 10am. It was really nice and quiet here until this afternoon, now we have weekenders here, the fishermen aren't noisy but the jet skis and jeeps & dune buggys running have ended the quiet for now. Of course we aren't here enough to worry about that with all our family get togethers, then last night(Thursday) found our friends from MN/WI that we traveled to Mexico with last year so went to their spot in the foothills for a visit and ended up staying for spagetti and wine picnic supper. Was really great to see them again and we will be getting together again soon. Also have some other friends from home- Chisago city - Neal & Dee(who owned the bakery and kept Dave & his guys well fed for years) They are traveling in a motorhome and visited with us in Hinckley before we left, now we'll catch up with them down here in Yuma at a park soon. More later, Happy trails and Happy St. Pats day to all.
