There is so much to see here that we are staying a couple extra days. Today we went to Dante's view a really beautiful overlook on a hairpin road. Then on to Devil's golf course,an area of salt pots that boil up from underground, there was a rock bank from LA there doing a music video, it was interesting to watch. Then we took Artist's Drive and I'm sure glad it was a one way road and we didn't have the Teton on but we missed Artis's palette so will go back another day. Then stopped at Golden Canyon, part of which is Red Walls. The campground host at Sunset are really a neat couple, they took time to go over the map with us and let us know which roads we could take the Freightliner on and even suggessted we go carefully on a couple others because we really should see them and they were right. It is so enjoyable when you know where you can go and I still can't believe all the different areas here, maybe it would take months to see it all. Sure would like to try another time, but not in summer as it get brutal here then. Nice temps but it has been windy, real windy one night. We hope to be get together with our campground hosts this summer as they workcamp all over and will be in Osceola at the state park working this summer, so not too far from our old home base. More tomorrow
