Family Christmas Get-Together at Sandy's

We got up, got ready then went down for breakfast. We were supposed to be at Tom and Sandy's at 1:00 PM. Sandy called and said we could head over a little earlier if we were ready. Sounded good. We visited with Sandy for a while then all the girls, their husbands and Riley came over. We had a nice dinner and lots of time to catch up.

Justin brought one of the snow mobiles over to give Jonathan and Riley rides. Jonathan didn't seem too sure at first but after he tried it he thought it was pretty cool! He just loved the snow period. We were really fortunate that he had the opportunity to play in snow so much while we were up here. We were wondering how he would feel about a winter in the south without any snow at all. Turns out we didn't have to worry about that at all!

When the boys were at the point where they were about to become ice cubes, we came in and opened gifts. Lots of fun surprises.

Justin and Eric took two snowmobiles out while the rest of us just bummed around and visited for the rest of the afternoon. Nice time had by all I believe.

We're going to meet for breakfast in Plattville tomorrow at the restaurant where Amie works. It's her day off though so she gets to sit down and join us. Then it's time to hit the road again.
